Where are my e-mails?

If you have signed up for our daily deals newsletter, but are not receiving our e-mails, don't panic! First, check the spam filters on your e-mail account. You may need to create an exception for "deals@email.tippr.com". If you have done this, and are still not getting our e-mails, please contact us by clicking the help link at the bottom of any page on our site.

Additionally, you may want to also create an exception for "notifications-support@tippr.zendesk.com" if you are creating a customer support request, to ensure that you receive our reply to your message.

 

If you are contacting us about a voucher, you can log in to the site here and retrieve them under the My Account section of the site.
