What if I purchased a deal for a merchant who/that is no longer in business?

This does occur from time to time unfortunately and Tippr recognizes this. In the event that this occurs, we will either issue a refund or add credits to your account once we confirm the merchant has gone out of business. Simply contact our Customer Support team (support@tippr.com) and we’ll get right on it!
