I’m not receiving my emails, what should I do?

Don’t call the National Guard; they can’t help you in this situation. If you have signed up for our daily deals but are not receiving our e-mails, first, check the spam filters on your e-mail account. You may need to create an exception for deals@email.tippr.com. If you have done this, and are still not getting our e-mails, please send an email to support@tippr.com . Additionally, you may want to also create an exception for notifications-support@tippr.zendesk.com if you are creating a customer support request, to ensure that you receive our reply to your message.
