If I decide that I no longer want a deal after I’ve already purchased it, can I get a refund?
Yes you can, but only if you haven’t redeemed the voucher AND it is within 15 days of the close of the merchant promotion. If you find yourself outside of the 15-day window and still looking to return the voucher, unfortunately, we cannot refund your money or provide you with credit. However, there is a vibrant secondary market for unwanted vouchers. If you haven’t redeemed the voucher yet we've got you covered. There are thousands of people in hundreds of cities who are seeking to buy unused vouchers. Tippr has partnered with DealsGoRound.com to provide you with an easy way to unload the vouchers you no longer want. Click here to set up your free account at DealsGoRound.com

This would be okay if it was something I just didn't want. My issue is that the company for the vouchers I purchased appears to be unable to follow through. It has now been more than 10 days since the last message I left them. I don't feel I should be penalized for this! At the very least, I should be given credit to use for future purchases....rather than having to submit info to resell this, when the purchase is no good in the first place!
Hi Colleen,
I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem redeeming a voucher. What is the name of the merchant that you are having this problem with? I can make some inquiries. Please email me directly at jared.hart@tippr.com.
Thank you,
Jared
