Make sure that all of the information on your credit card is still current (expiration dates, billing address). If that appears to be in order, please contact the credit card company directly to see if there is any reason why the card isn’t working. If they tell you that you shouldn’t be having any problems then please send an email to support@tippr.com and we’ll see what we can do.
