Tippr will provide a refund in the form of cash or credit within 15 days after the voucher was delivered to the email address you provided when making your purchase.  After 15 days, we do not provide refunds unless you are unable to redeem a non-expired voucher because the merchant has gone out of business.  Please read the entire refund policy by clicking here.
